South Africa grapples with alarmingly high rates of youth unemployment, a persistent legacy of apartheid that systematically excluded the majority Black population from quality education, economic participation, and financial systems. In this context, entrepreneurship incubator program emerge as a particularly effective and relevant program to foster youth employment, especially for Black youth, by addressing the very systemic barriers that historically disenfranchised them.
